Upon receipt of payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible, 48/72 hours in metropolitan France, 5/6 working days in the rest of Europe.
The delivery costs may differ according to the destination and the weight of the package. They are automatically calculated at the end of the order.
Returns
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 14 days to send us your request for retraction and return any new and unopened product, in its original packaging and in perfect condition (any product that is damaged, incomplete, damaged or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back), in order to request a refund without penalty. Poupon reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
Steps to take:
1) Write to us at hello@poupon-cosmetiques.fr specifying the number of your order and the reason for your retraction. From this date, you have a period of 14 days to return the product(s) to us.
2) The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
3) Attach the order number and a copy of the invoice or any other element that identifies the order in question and its holder.
